Our Documents and Collections Group (DCG) is ready to assist you with proper endorsement of your home loan application to Century’s accredited banks.

SIGNING OF LOAN DOCUMENTS

DCG can arrange transport service to and from the bank for you or your Attorney-in-Fact (AIF) for free.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR BANK FINANCE APPROVAL

  1. Avail of Free Bank Charges As a Century client, you may qualify for this by submitting your complete financing documents within 15 days after payment of reservation fees, and getting your bank loan released to fully pay your balance within 60 days after payment of your down payments and amortizations due.

  2. Submission of original copies of signed and authenticated Contract to Sell (CTS) Authenticate your CTS to help transfer the title to your name.

  3. Opening of bank account for auto-debit arrangement (ADA) or post-dated checks (PDCs)

  4. Provide other documents that may be required by the banks

Your Contract to Sell (CTS), Special Power of Attorney (SPA) and Deed of Reconveyance (DOR) can now be generated online and printed at home through the Client Credit Assistance (CCA) portal.

ACTIVATE YOUR CLIENT CREDIT ASSISTANCE (CCA) ACCOUNT

After paying the Reservation Fees, the Documents and Collections Group (DCG) will send your CCA log-in details to your registered email.

FILL OUT THE BUYER’S INFORMATION SHEET (BIS) ONLINE

FILL OUT THE CLIENT CREDIT ASSISTANCE FORM ONLINE

DCG can arrange transport service to and from the bank for you or your Attorney-in-Fact (AIF) for free.

PRINT THE DOCUMENTS AND SUBMIT TO THE DCG

Auto-generate and print the CTS, SPA and DOR and submit these together with the other required documents to the DCG.

DON’T FORGET TO HAVE YOUR CONTRACT TO SELL (CTS) AUTHENTICATED

Authenticate your CTS to help transfer the title to your name.
